Pros
People are friendly. The offices are nice and there has been some investment in making them look nice. Good Friday night bar and cocktails!
Cons
Staff are not listened to or valued. Everyone is replaceable but you shouldn't feel that way! Cafe is not subsidised. It's too political at the top. People are not motivated and those who are driven leave quickly. It is a real them and us culture between the Board and everyone else.
