The team is made up of talented, passionate specialists who genuinely care about their work and consistently deliver excellent results for clients. There’s a strong culture of collaboration and support, and it’s clear that people take pride in what they do. The leadership team deserves recognition for actively listening to employees and making meaningful changes to improve the working environment. Initiatives like monthly events and regular wellness check-ins really help create a positive, inclusive, and motivated culture.

No major downsides to highlight from my experience.

After taking years out of work to look after my young children, I was extremely nervous about being back in a work environment. This is something I discussed with Emma, Head of Recruitment at Fresh Egg, who took the time to talk things through and gave me the confidence, and opportunity, to get started again. I worked with a lot of the team in my time there, including recruitment, project managers, IT and so on. Everyone was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. It’s great to work in an environment that gives you autonomy. I’d like to say a personal thank you to Emma who remained supportive throughout my time, not just during the recruitment process.
