Pros
Doesn't seem like a valid company - Looks like some of the fake reviews are there in Pros as well
Cons
Firstly in the offer letter itself they had mentioned multiple unilateral clauses. To name a few 1. They can terminate you within 15 days but if you want to leave then you need to serve a Notice period of 60 days. 2. Moreover, they will only pay Basic salary on Notice period, and not even your full gross salary 3. The most dangerous clause - They are asking you to agree that they can change your Salary, Designation and Salary Structure any time without any notice and that will be final. The interesting part is it is framed in such a legal language that at a first glance anyone would not read it properly or ignore considering it's something else. They've used synonyms called "emoluments" instead of salary so no-one would notice. All these were giving me red-flags, but again I accepted the offer thinking out loud that it ususally doesn't happens that salary is changed in between the employement. Moreover, I was seeing negative reviews and one more review is present here, where offer is revoked. Now I am in the same scenario, I have put up my papers in current company and serving Notice Period and they are happily stating that my offer is revoked due to business requirement changes. All I would say is avoid considering this as a genuine company and don't trust their offer letters/offers. Although they are stating they will keep my profile for future requirements, but what they deserve right now is that candidates accept their offer and at the last moment they should also reject these companies then only they'll get a taste of their own medicine.
