Going downhill fast - Managing Partner Fresh Kitchen Employee Review

Company that puts up a facade of work life balance, and great culture. Unfortunately it misses the mark in the follow through. Talk about expanding to 50 plus locations in the next 10 years while only opening up 1 or 2 stores a year to keep people thinking their is promise. Owner and COO are very out of touch with their Managers and do not like when managers speak up.
