Pros
- I've been here under a year and genuinely consider all of my team members to be close friends. Everyone is great, including my direct supervisor and his supervisor (the Director of Support) - The company culture overall is great; the teams work together to solve problems and there is a lot of open discussion - The support department is very supportive of everyone. For my first three months I had people in call with me basically all day to answer any questions and teach me things. After that, everyone is still very accessible if you ping them on Discord. Sometimes we just hang out and chat and share videos and memes. - It's a remote position and very flexible. Take lunch whenever you want, you can take a couple breaks a day. It's no big deal if you're 15 minutes late in the morning. - The team members understand how overwhelming it is at first (which is the only con), and are incredibly helpful & understanding in answering questions and solving things together with each other.
Cons
- It feels very overwhelming at first; more so than other jobs I've had. There are so many different internal systems to learn and understand. It will take several months before you feel comfortable in these tools.
