Pros
I have been in this company for more than 3 years. Like any other organization, it has its strengths and weaknesses. However, one standout advantage I have witnessed at Freshape throughout the years is its unwavering commitment to continuous improvement in multiple areas. Notably, Freshape has made impressive progress in effective inter-departmental communications, establishing valuable new departments and software solutions such as automation and supply chain management. Moreover, the company has focused on improving employee benefits and elevating the overall quality of the work environment and office spaces. In my own personal experience, HR department during a personal challenging time, offering me a professional assistance to facilitate a smoother work-life integration. Furthermore, Freshape is very international company and unlike many other companies in Switzerland, it seeks and recuts talents from abroad whenever the need arises.
Cons
Freshape is a deeptech company with the main focus on R&D activities benefiting from a young team. While it's an interesting environment for many fresh graduates but sometimes there is a lack of experienced people and clear roadmap toward the product development. Moreover, from an employee perspective there is not yet a clear career development roadmap in place. Nevertheless, I have observed significant growth and development in these areas over the years as well.
