      Pros

      Lots of people really like what they do, and there has previously been a very strong focus on ethics and happiness.

      Cons

      The company is clearly facing significant difficulties (price increase, layoffs, repeated restructuring), but decides to deny it and insist that nothing is wrong. It all feels like a lie.
