Fulfilling Learning Experience - CRQE Assistant Frestedt Employee Review

I love working with the team members at Frestedt Incorporated. Whether folks are in the office full time or an expert remote service provider, our employees are some of the smartest, most well educated people in the world. We are fiercely proud of our work together and happy to share our learning with others!

We appear to have a revolving door of new hires but this is part of the design fir our small company. Teaching others and encouraging them to grow is critical to our mission of providing CRQE services.

3.0% 401k match. The CEO is a very nice person, outside of the workplace.

Many promises made by management which never came to light. CEO is a micromanager with a complex. Staff turnover rate is over 50%; average employment at Frestedt lasts less than 13months; most were let go under questionable circumstances and have resulted in legal discussions. Employees are often belittled and berated to a level comparable to that of emotional terrorism. You will be asked for your opinion, and then scolded for it. No benefits beyond a fully vested 401k; very little vacation and many hoops are in place to jump through before you can use it. Management sets impossible deadlines for staff that are inexperienced and lack any formal training. If the ratings on this website could be fractional I'd select less than 1.
