      Pros

      Wonderful co-workers Great Managers Good training resources Annual bonuses Company holiday parties/socials Autonomy Job Security -Friedman is a successful company and David Friedman has a strength in sustainable impacts. His sons are very personable and involved in the company. Friedman Real Estate is going to continue to grow and evolve.

      Cons

      -Lower pay compared to other companies -No 401K match program -Vision insurance isn't the best -Not a lot of feedback from upper management -Property Managers are on call 24/7 so you have to find coverage if you want to go out of town on the weekend.

      the pay is good and the benefits are solid.

      Cons

      That said, working with upper management can be difficult at times. Their leadership style may push you in ways that don’t always match your natural personality, and it can feel like you have to stretch yourself more than expected just to fit in. While this can help you grow professionally, it can also be mentally and emotionally demanding.
