Company culture - Frontend Developer Friendly Solutions Employee Review

I didn't find any pros but have to type out 5 words at least...

Unclear tasks, 0 managment, assigning duties that are out of scope, sent payment in advance for hours to come and then deducted it from last payment (!!!) I had really bad experience but there are a lot of people working there that I didn't even met, maybe the're doing fine with all of this?

- It's nice to work with people - They allow you to work remotely - Bosses are friendly - Human capabilities entry level jobs

- Salary could be a bit higher - Needs more specialised developers to guide
