Pros
Social side is quite good. There was lunchtime football on Mondays and a couple of games after work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There was also a work night out every month or so paid for by the company for each team. The atmosphere is relaxed and there is no real pressure to work after 5.
Cons
Work is pretty mind-numbing most days of the week. There's not a lot of camaraderie or chat in the teams for most of the day. It can be a bit of a trek to get out to Cherrywood.
