Most of the creative staff, artists, designers, animators - those people are nice and usually fun to be around. The kitchen is nicely stocked and free! The equipment, tech, and office are new (mostly) and functional.

Senior management from mid-level to the very top (owner) is atrocious. They're inept, bland, arrogant, mean-spirited, false, and really shouldn't be in animation at all. Parking is typically terrible - that includes traffic. The hours and workload are hardly manageable which makes you paranoid about being cut because you're always under the gun. Overworked, underpaid, very underappreciated.

-Low pay -No benefits -Not unionized -No upward mobility -Voice is unheard, you are an art machine -Unreasonably short deadlines -Bad writing and production quality of all projects, shows and shorts alike -No one cares about your work -High burnout rate -Hiatuses come out of nowhere -They can fire you at a second's notice
