Working as a Delivery Lead in Team A was truly a great experience. The team was very supportive and created a comfortable, positive work environment. Special thanks to Team Lead Shreyash Shelke sir for always guiding me at every stage and ensuring everything stayed on track whether with clients or team members. Though strict at times, his approach helped us grow professionally, stay disciplined, and align with processes effectively.

I have realized that experiences can really differ from team to team within the same company. Personally, I have been very fortunate to be part of a supportive team.. My seniors have always been approachable and encouraging, and that has made a big difference in my journey here. Based on my performance, I was given important responsibilities, which helped me grow with confidence.. While my core role is development, I was never limited to just that. I also got the opportunity to work on documentation, build flows, and even learn AI courses alongside my work to upskill myself. Overall, I can clearly see a lot of growth in myself compared to where I started, and I have learned a lot throughout this experience.
