Pros
Unfortunately, I couldn’t think of any positive qualities regarding the company. They represent the epitome of hypocrisy; claiming to function under some intrinsic values whose principles are not practiced by the company.
Cons
They hire top graduate students from prestigious universities yet offer them no benefits. To further exacerbate the situation, they pay their tutors less than 50% of what they make in a one hour session. They assign clients to their tutors whose educational needs do not match the tutor’s expertise in the subject, thus setting their tutors for failure and bad reviews. Combine the absurd profit margin, the inexhaustible supply of potential graduate students, and an endless demand of tutors in big cities, and you have a business whose reason for not failing is found in the demographics of the current situation, not in their values and intrinsic worth as a company. Essentially, their business is based on a win-lose mentality. They treat their employees as expendable and use them as scapegoats towards their ungenuine success.
