      -competitive salary - not too lengthy recruitment process - ceo seems to be decent, - most of the team members are nice - respectable CSR actions

      - toxic middle management - lack of transparency - tremendous employee rotation - lackluster onboarding - technical debt - no sick leave!!! - no benefits - bad internal communication - lack of proper management
