      Pros

      Absolutely none!! And I wouldn't recommend neither Front Range Staffing nor NEXGEN Pharma if you are considering a job that you will like and enjoy.

      Cons

      I was working for this staffing agency for over 5 months. I put in my 2 week notice from Nexgen Pharma, and they decided they were not going to let me finish my 2 weeks and let me go. Front Range staffing still would NOT help me get another job. So if by chance you are going to quit, don't waste your time by telling this staffing agency cause they won't care. Then they had the nerve to email me and ask me to put in a good review for them!! Really?

      We appreciate the feedback and continuously ask our employees about their experiences while at our client companies, please feel free to inform us if there are issues before you end your assignment . If you do not tell us there is an issue, there is no way for us to address it and if you never call us after the assignment is over to inquire about future opportunities then we assume you quit your position because you found another one. Communication is key in finding employment through us or anyone.

      Pros

      Front Range Staffing is very experienced at placing workers in positions that best meet their skillsets. I was able to work at as a receptionist at NexGen Pharma before even graduating with my bachelor's degree in English and Chemistry--meaning now I have experience in my field working in an FDA secured industrial facility. They're great at communicating when they have work for you. After my assignment ended at NexGen, they helped me with other assignments at the Broadmoor so I could meet my financial obligations.

      Cons

      Temp Agency work is always sketch, considering the company you work for may treat you as a lesser employee. But Front Range Staffing does try to educate you and inform you as much as possible to enable you to perform well at your job.
