1. Less salary: Give much lesser compensations/benefits to employees as compared to other companies with similar roles 2. Abrupt Termination: Terminate without clear reasons and notice. 3. Management Issues: Poor communication, lack of transparency, and ineffective leadership. Don't provide enough training to new joiners and expect results from them. 4. Work/Life Balance: There were difficulties maintaining a healthy work/life balance, Director's/managers like to micro-manage people. 5. Treatment of International Students: Potential exploitation and unfair practices. 6. Timing of Termination: Terminating people just before the holidays and the associated stress it caused to me and my family.
