      Salary on time. If you don't have anything else only then consider joining.

      Cons

      No training. Clueless management. Managers keeps experimenting. Have no idea what to do. No increments. Very little bonus. They will suddenly fire anyone.

      Pros

      Frontier seems to have turned a lot of things around, digging deep and improving from ground up. Plan to greatly expand gigabit service through out footprint

      Still working thru some older process', but new leadership appears to be getting a handle on things quickly, and well
