Environment is not conducive to perform. Run by MD. All the managers are like servants to the MD. Because of this top heavy approach the people at the lower level hardly get freedom to prosper and think out of box. Not an employee friendly organization. No incentive. Customers and employees are given least importance. They loot money during the exit and will not issue the experience and relieving letters. Wont allow people to stay in office after 10 am. Employees are always under pressure.Regional head will talk indecently about former employees in front of everyone. In front of the crowd, the former employees are projected as though they didn't contribute anything to company. People in big designations talk very unprofessionally and behave like illiterates. Not a worthy place to stay more than an year.
