Pros
Good local management team, great Medical Benefits.
Cons
The company bit off more than it could handle with the latest acquisition. Now there is not enough money left to handle normal business much less the added commitments Frontier made in order to get the deal approved. Laid off very experienced supervisors and increased the span of control geographically and personel wise for the ones that are left so that they are not able to properly do their work. They started to reorganize without a solid plan for where they were going or the final organization. There are now holes in the organization and confusion as to strategy and direction of the company. Company gave up one of its best features of local control and nationalized the whole engineering department so that decisions cannot be made at the local level.
