The people. Decent health care plan and benefits.
Cons
Very little focus on the customer and their experience which is a big reason for the lost customers. Employees frustrated working with outdated systems and information has to be entered and re-entered into different system a multiple of times allowing for errors. Outdated products not relevant to today's market. No training on technology or on the systems. Frontier does not understand fiber neither do they understand the Texas, California and Florida markets they purchased.
