Pros

Excellent benefits and PTO. Good teammates and internal rewards for exceeding sales production goals.

Cons

Two many components of the company are not integrated enough to make customers satisfied. Employees are ask to solve too many issues using outdated software. More and training and specific focus on one or two technology would better service clients. Reps need to specialize.

Cons

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
