Pros
Set schedule, benefits and paid days off after 90 days. monthly competitions with awesome prizes like $100 Amazon gift cards and Nest Thermostats
Cons
Stuck in a cubical and strongly discouraged from fraternization between coworkers. Training not complete and supervisors know little more then everyone else so no help there. Strict attendance policy( if all your vacation days are used and you have to take off for an emergency you'll get written up) union job so supervisors cant help with anything as far as understanding benefits or scheduling, they tell you to speak to your union rep but cant email them during company time and cant talk to them on the clock
