Company is not doing well, stay away - Director Frontier Employee Review

Company was run into the ground, not sure if it can be rescued. Current management strategy does not address the core problem of customer satisfaction, look at the public jd power results. Frontier is dead last in small business and the only place it is not dead last is in the south for residential. They have lost millions of customers, and they still think the biggest issue is fiber.
