      Pros

      Supportive team culture, strong emphasis on collaboration, and opportunities to work on meaningful recruiting strategies. I’ve been able to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and contribute to shaping hiring processes. Leadership is receptive to feedback, and I’ve had room to grow and take ownership of projects.

      Cons

      Sometimes priorities shift quickly, which can make planning challenging. Would love to see more clarity in long-term TA strategy and additional tools to streamline processes.
