Nice place abusive management and staff - Server/Waitress Frontier Enterprises Employee Review

The management and staff, are abusive.. upper management is crap.. they over work people, extreme favoritism.. no care for employee well being, and quality of life. I've seen some sick inhuman things at my location , all because management wants to feel they have some power.. From fights, unjustified punishments, sexual harassment and belittling people to set an example to others. .. this place is like working in a prison sometimes.
