Pros

The shared heart for the lost and missions is refreshing. There is amazing diversity of evangelical church background (e.g. Baptist, Bible, Presb.) but still unity. Exciting to meet overseas workers and hear what God is doing in the world, and be able to contribute to that

Cons

There have been a bunch of people let go over the last couple years for not always good reasons, and some very abruptly. Some leaders were given too much latitude in hiring and firing. Also, like many ministries, sometimes decisions lack business "common sense."

Pros

Genune believers that encourage full involvement and inclusion accross evangelical spectrum of belief. Lazer focused on church planting among least served Muslim Peoples. Willing to try hard things that have never been done before.

Cons

Among employees mix of professional and ministry experiences sometimes awkward. Maintaining focus sometimes leaves little room for innovation.
