Pros
The experience you gain working for bad people so your next job will feel like a relief The people outside of management
Cons
Do not work here. Frozen Fire is the definition of Big Brother. They will read every email you send, they will listen to every phone call, and listen to your daily conversations through the video cameras in the office. If you like being underpaid, undervalued, and undermined, this place is certainly for you! Have an important client communication? Don't worry, the director of Client Comms is already CC'd on every email you send and will step in whenever she feels like it; this causes an extreme amount of confusion. Running late? Be prepared for passive aggressive behavior for the rest of the month. Not feeling well and just need the day off? Well, I hope you're ready to get around 5-10 texts/emails a day asking if you're feeling any better because "they need you in the office". Made a small grammatical or spelling mistake on an email? That passive aggressive, company-wide email about your mistake is coming any minute; but the owners daughter, a 19 year old "culture cultivator," can make any mistake she wants! Hate gossip? Well, you're not going crazy, they will whisper about you when you're sitting 5 feet away. They make you track every single minute of time and make you feel bad for even going to the restroom or taking a lunch break. These people are extremely manipulative. I have seen people quit and they turn it around to "they weren't a representation of the Frozen Fire values, we had to fire them". Just don't work here, they lose more employees and clients by the day.
