      Genuinely no pros to working here.

      Cons

      This company is a sinking ship that probably isn’t profitable enough to hire new people anyways, but if you’re looking to work here…don’t. No amount of money is worth the mental and emotional toll this company and its leadership will have on you (not that they’ll pay you much anyways!) I strongly encourage you look for a different opportunity.

      Pros

      New leadership. We have raised the marketing IQ in the company with the multiple experienced new hires we have made with the investment in the right people. The business folks are running the business side and the marketing talent is taking care of our clients; and we are growing. The excitement is electric.

      Cons

      The only downside is that we didn't make this switch sooner.

      - Small Company which had 20-25 Employees, so felt like a small family. -Managers and Colleagues were supportive and encouraging. - Frequent Potlucks, Office Games, etc. -Owners were very nice and maintained professional relationships with everyone, even presented growth opportunities.
