good for startup but poor work culture

- micromanagement - No values - Policies that drain employee mental stability

Tried hard findinding any pros.

1. Work environment too bad 2. No project planning and guidance from superiors 3. Very less salary 4. Poor management, random policies to irritate employees. 5. No work life balance
