FCS has some great people dotted around the business that really care about making it a nice pace to work, the only problem is that these people struggle make the impact they need to.

- The business struggles with a culture institutionalised mediocrity with there being real resistance to embrace change throughout the business.
- Data leadership struggle to differentiate between roles and so there seems to be mush of role sharing resulting in slow, unresponsive and selfish culture, this is reinforced by the departments leadership who focus on covering their own backs.
- The business has a culture of wanting to get away with the bare minimum with a focus on loyalty from staff to the business without reciprocation of this to the staff.
- Pay ranges are significantly below the competitive rates in the wider market, this isn't then made up for by a package of additional benefits.
