      No open door policy, No support, poor communication, micromanagement unlike anything i have ever seen. Be clear on job roles, so people are guessing who is who. Authoritarianism Disrespect towards employees Insufficient help provided to employees Biases Lack of accountability Rigidity Lack of empathy/unforgiving Avoiding honest communication Egoism
