If your face doesn't fit, no chance. Forget any hope of career development. I saw some of the most unprofessional behaviours in this company - bullying, poor management, finger pointing, arguments in the office. Seemed there was a few people milking the gravy at a start up with no intention of any serious business development. The place is a joke.
