      Pros

      As a contractor, you will be treated coldly by other regular employees. The working environment is like all traditional Japanese companies, very depressing.

      Cons

      I think any company that would make me suffer from depression has no other merits. If we have to talk about advantages, the company provides microwave ovens.

      - I could not find any cons about this company, but it better for you to know Japanese language
