We have received input that the bonus plan for our retention work is not understood by everyone and have taken steps to ensure proper communication and tools to assist with this.
We are a performance driven company, which is why we have an uncapped bonus plan. We want our employees to make more money as they become acclimated on the program, because this means FPS is making money. If you are not getting the answers you need in this area, please do not hesitate to go to your Manager and/or Director. I am also always available!
