Pros
Great coworkers who are passionate about their work, a large network of talent, and 2 offices in NY and LA
Cons
There is a total lack of direction by senior management, zero loyalty to employees, lack of transparency by executive team, terrible compensation, and no real vertical mobility. The CEO and COO falsely blame employees for the lack of company culture or any issues and take no responsibility for employee happiness. Several people have left after being given empty promises by management whether it be related to promotions/raises or job responsibilities/duties. The lack of progress on many different projects can easily be attributed to several inefficient in-office processes and politics. There is not enough communication between departments within the company to allow things to get done in a timely manner, instead the company culture promotes an atmosphere of working separately and getting tasks done as independently as possible even while intruding on other workers' responsibilities.
