lovely people to work with. freedom to work autonomously. interesting promo products to offer clients.local shop is in a nice area.

Cons

Zero, none, nada training! Franchise has an outdated,unsophisticated(down right hokey)approach, requiring reps to make 35 door-to-door cold calls on businesses.No time spent at all to learn product line. No time spent in store learning the ropes.Not even any kind of quote or estimate worksheet to use at cold calls.No local advertising or marketing done by local owner.No chamber memberships or local community involvement. Sales experience is not enough to get a person started on a positive note. Lots of time and energy and gasoline is spent with little results.
