      Decent salary. Schedule could be a bit better but not a bad county to work for.

      Cons

      Other counties have similar pay structure but their calendars are structured in order to allow for more family time throughout the school year.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
