      The school will cover up absolutely any student misbehavior. They will tell you directly that parents pay for student success. They will also fire you on a whim, even if you are qualified.

      School funds classrooms, curriculum and whatever is needed to serve the students. Supportive work environment. Great co workers. Lunch everyday

      Cons

      School day longer than average and even when students are gone and meetings are done, teachers must stay. Required additional classes in the evening required.
