Good pay overshadowed by toxic culture and favoritism - Technical Support Function4 Employee Review

Unfortunately too many to list here. I will just began by saying minorities beware. This is a Maga environment for sure and your value is not appreciated. This company will value mediocrity over talent simply out of sheer favoritism. It is open and in your face and one reason why there is high turnover. Management is incompetent and blames the employees for their lack of competence. I have witnessed metrix tampering to a degree unheard of even in this line of work which is typical. All in an effort to terminate employees.
