My internship at FundTQ was a valuable learning experience that helped me develop both my writing and professional skills. As an intern, I was given real responsibilities rather than just repetitive tasks, which made the work meaningful and engaging. One of the biggest positives was the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to the startup ecosystem, fundraising concepts, and business-related content. The team was approachable, supportive, and always willing to provide constructive feedback that helped me improve my work. I also appreciated the flexibility and trust given to interns. Good ideas were welcomed regardless of designation, creating an environment where learning and growth were encouraged. The fast-paced nature of the company allowed me to learn new things quickly and take ownership of projects.

Like many growing startups, processes are still evolving, which can sometimes lead to changing priorities and tight deadlines. At times, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously can be challenging, especially during busy periods. Additionally, because the team operates in a dynamic environment, interns may need to adapt quickly to new requirements and expectations.
