Supportive and Work life balance - Marketing Assistant Fundamental Research Employee Review

I was hired as a co-op intern for the equity research associate position helping out the research department on research reports. I also had an opportunity to work on business development and try to expand new product offerings to public companies. Overall, I had a great internship experience by having an ability to do rotations between different departments, while learning and building up my skills in Finance.

Not a lot of cons - maybe sometimes have to be more thinking on your feet to create tasks as the team is quite small, so need to work independantly

I honestly loved working as a Marketing Assistant at Fundamental Research Corp. I got to network with leading industry professionals and collaborate productively with some really goal-driven and enthusiastic co-workers at trades hows. Not only did I expand my relationships with like-minded individuals, but I also gained hands on experience , which refined my critical thinking skills, which cannot be learned from university. There is definitely room for growth within the company, so I would highly recommend working here. Overall, the corporate culture is extremely supportive and positive.

The trade shows are fun and mentally stimulating, so it requires full focus and energy (not sure if this is a con, but maybe that isn't for everyone)
