Pros

Cheyenne is a rockstar with her communication and timely responses. Nolan hits it hard with sicking to core values and provides blunt reasonable expectations.

Cons

They are now withholding keys from people for undetermined amount of times even though it's required for people to get it through the building and in the doors saying that we just don't trust anyone we have to make them wait because they kept running off with our keys after they quit. Two new staff had to wait a month just to get keys. Yes both staff waiting for keys ended up having accidents. Hearing that staff are missing their notes on the first couple days that I was there.I was a new hire and just constant threatening for write ups makes me think they're just not hiring quality employees. When you ask for help from leadership they run off and leave you in the building alone.There are no children around to be causing this issue of them needing to run off. Vehicles that are provided to us our unsafe, and I'd rather not let our children ride in them. It is a common occurrence that you have to take your own vehicle and you don't get reimbursed for it. Paychecks are small i'm being paid,What is paid on my previous job but somehow only managing to get three hundred dollars paychecks a week that should equate up to about six hundred without overtime. Math is not mathing. Communication from admin leadership is as hard as catching a greased pig.

So many. Favoritism, upper management is egotistical and shaming, problems are only addressed if enough people quit and they will be unable to provide appropriate staffing, kids are NOT acedemically challenged, supplies are minimum, unfair and inconsistent protocols, if staff speaks up they are targeted as trouble makers by upper management and owner, treated poorly and eventually fired or pushed to quit because of the toxicity. We lose way too many great staff. Everyone else seems to be looking for a better place to work where we can be appreciated doing what we are passionate about.....enhancing the students lives academically, socially, physically and mentally.
