Pros
None, other than most people are friendly to each other as everyone shares a common hatred, mistrust and 'terrified to speak up' bond with one another.
Cons
** Please ignore the 2-3 fake 5 star posts that will follow this one, they are forced by 1-2 certain VPs to their team following a bad, real review ** The 'management' team is a complete joke - it's about 4 inexperienced goons who are obsessed with their egos, don't know what they're doing and act above the rest of the company (literally don't say hi to employees) ** The entire company is, as the CEO once described himself in a townhall, "embarrassing". There is *literally* *no* *tech*; the entire mission statement is a lie - customers are being deceived and manually misdirected so Fundera can make a buck ** The employee base is a rotating door of any warm body they can get to fill a seat, until that person quits or is fired a few months later ** Bro-culture where the "sales team" (actually a call center of 50 people who field inbound calls all day every day) is one big clique and rules all ** If you're a yes man and can tolerate a toxic culture and sit at your desk from 9am-7pm, you could probably survive a year or two ** The company is going no where, fast. My only advise is to run
