We're sorry to hear that you felt this way. As you know, Fundwise is still a young company, experiencing many of the growing pains that young companies face. We have always strived to offer pay increases when an employee has the experience, and has provided the value to earn said raise. Often, denial of a raise stems from the lack of one of these two factors. As far as employee families are concerned, we take great care in approaching family illnesses/issues and providing employees with adequate time to cope with them. Several of our employees have thanked us profusely for the empathy we express during these circumstances. Since this is an anonymous review, we can only say sorry you feel this way, without understanding what you are referring to. Termination from our company occurs occasionally when we feel an employee is not consistently providing the value we expect, and can often cause bitter feelings from the terminated employee. Again, we regret that you feel this way, and wish you luck in the future.
