I have nothing bad to say about this company and the wonderful people who work there. I learned quite a lot from their leadership team.

It was always difficult to find crews and talent to work on the productions because of the insanely low rates offered. It was very challenging but the team always did the best. We still managed to produce high quality products despite the low rates that where offered.

When you’re on the right show with the right people, it can be a super fun place to work with even though the pay is 20% lower than normal network standards.

As others say total incompetent culture. Nepotism from the CEOs relative getting a job she didn’t deserve to brown nosing with people that are in positions only because they hang out and drink together or went to school together.
