Got increments this year when companies are trimming down so can't complain. Company's got guts and dares to be different from others. Mindset takes a bit of getting used to, but once you flow with their style, it's smooth sailing and sort of makes sense as well when you think from different angles.
Cons
Their HQ is top notch, but the other offices could do with more improvement in terms of size. Quite typical of sw Co's but wouldn't hurt to invest a bit more cash in other offices. Helps morale.
