Justifying the low increase, which doesn’t even adjust to CPI. They previously had people who believed in the company’s mission. But after mass acquisition and capital raise that is not the case anymore. Their transparent pay report only includes cash benefits. It doesn’t mention other fringe benefits the executive teams receive. They could be getting average salary but stock options worth thousands. But only the base salary was being used in making the report when I was there. Could be different now.
