Has good leave policies and talks a lot about climate action. The company takes pride in being ethical.

Less opportunity for growth within the company. Even during remuneration review you will be told to think about “other benefits” that company provides you. Justifying the low increase, which doesn’t even adjust to CPI. They previously had people who believed in the company’s mission. But after mass acquisition and capital raise that is not the case anymore. Their transparent pay report only includes cash benefits. It doesn’t mention other fringe benefits the executive teams receive. They could be getting average salary but stock options worth thousands. But only the base salary was being used in making the report when I was there. Could be different now.

Loved my time working at Future Super. It was great working for a purpose led business, and I enjoyed the breath of things you get to work on being at a smaller company. Also loved the remote first working.

Like any growth business, pace of change is high, but that kept it interesting
