It has been a few years since I left and it was not a pleasant experience.
No feedback, very little guidance, unspoken expectations and a nice kick out the door.
very disorganised, very dishonest '' director '' in the UK, they have no idea what they are doing, late payment, and i was told by the company owner based in Romania that he does not care and that I pi..... him off ... it is just a very tiny IT Consultancy, and I have no hope for them
